DROP
"Drop" is a money bank made of glazed ceramic, totally enclosed, except for the small coin-hole. Its concept is inspired by the natural phenomenon of gravity that never fails to surprise us: a shiny drop of water which the heavier it gets, the faster it falls to the floor and collapses. The shape and the name communicate themselves in a poetic way suggesting how to interact with the object from beginning to end: start dropping coins and when it’s full and heavy, simply ‘drop the drop’ to get the thrill of breaking an object and being surprised by your own fortune.
